If you own a home-based business and are attached to MCAS Iwakuni, the Iwakuni Home-based Business Organization invites you to our monthly meeting tomorrow (Monday, April 15) at 6 p.m. in the base library's meeting room (third floor of building 411.) In preparation for Saturday's Craft and Information Fair in Crossroads Mall Saturday, we will talk about what makes a fair table easy to navigate and welcoming to shoppers. We will also answer any questions vendors may have about the event. As always, this meeting also serves as a networking opportunity for owners, sharing ideas and resources to better market and manage our businesses. Below are some photos from our November meeting when the membership created sample fair tables based on what was learned in the meeting. They were given similar items (picture frame, paint pails, milk cartons...) and had to display them on the table in an aesthetically pleasing way. The tables were pretty funny looking, yet we all learned something!
